With this small, fine number of strokes, components can be numbered very easily. The punch numbers are available in sizes 1.5 mm and 3 mm. They are particularly suitable for fine components in technical model making. For example, you can use the punch numbers to mark the matching bearing block cover for the respective bearing block. This means that the components are not mixed up during assembly. The beat numbers are delivered in a red plastic storage box. The millimeter information refers to the height of the number, for example the number 8 in the headline set 1.5 mm is approx. 1.5 mm high and 1.2 mm wide.
The diamond viewing grinding wheel is suitable for easily processing the hardest materials such as silver steel, hard metal, glass, tiles and ceramics. Even larger material removals for carbide are no problem for the Kaindl visual grinding wheel. The diamond grinding wheel has a diameter of 110mm. You can see behind the grinding wheel while grinding. This means you can see exactly where and how much the grinding wheel is removing and can therefore automatically sharpen at the correct angle. The diamond grinding wheel is covered on 3 sides and guarantees years of durability. With this powder you can powder coat components with a chrome-like look. The powder is processed in the same way as our standard powders. It is first applied with the Power Coat 4 PRO powder gun. Unfortunately, processing with our small powder gun is not possible. After application, the powder is baked at 180°C. After the component is in the oven, wait until the chrome powder begins to shine, then the components should be baked in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. After cooling, the powder-coated part is immediately ready for assembly or further processing. The surface of the powder runs very smoothly, even small unevenness in the material is evened out by the powder. Compared to real chrome, the shine here is a little milkier. Without an additional clear coat layer, the powder coating is relatively sensitive. An additional layer of clear varnish coating powder significantly increases the mechanical strength, but also reduces the mirror effect. This makes the chrome shine even milkier. If the parts are only for decoration or are only subject to minimal mechanical stress, you can do without the clear coat. However, if the load is higher, the powder should definitely be covered with clear varnish. The coating powder is filled into plastic buckets so that the powder remains permanently dry. The XL160 powder oven is our newest and largest powder curing oven. With its 160x85x60cm interior, this oven can accommodate up to four 19-inch or two 23-inch alloy wheels at the same time. Even larger parts, such as bicycle frames, motorcycle frames or larger components in general, fit into this oven. The oven has 2 rails into which the workpiece holders can be inserted, an upper area and one in the middle. The oven is delivered including 2 workpiece holders. With this welding kit you can create a metal cyclone separator. The advantage of a metal cyclone is that it can even suck up glowing sparks from a grinder. We use this metal cyclone on our BS1500 belt sander to extract hot sparks while grinding metal. The separator has two 40mm connections at the top and a flange plate at the bottom for mounting on a metal bucket. The steel cyclone kit is made from precisely cut 1.5 mm thick sheet steel and contains two pipe sections for the vacuum cleaner connections. Assembly is extremely easy as the sheet has pre-cut bending cutouts and can be bent by hand and then welded. When vacuuming metal chips, we recommend not using a plastic suction hose at the entrance to the cyclone due to the possible formation of sparks. Instead, you should use a stainless steel corrugated pipe. A plastic hose can be attached to the outlet. This chip catcher is compatible with our BS1500 belt sander and is installed directly under the work table. The Kaindl Super Carver is the professional version of the Kaindl Woodcarver Gold. Due to the cutting geometry, it works in both horizontal and vertical directions. The Supercarver has a very high cutting performance and is always the right choice when large amounts of wood need to be removed. The carving cutter has an outer diameter of 115 mm and the diameter of the cutting plates is 10 mm. The disc weighs only 143 g and therefore ensures fatigue-free and machine-friendly work.
