These satin wheel are available in fine, medium and coarse grain sizes. You can use these satin wheel to clean the surface or the material you have started. Optimum cleaning of the satin wheel also brazed components but also to remove a rust or oxide layer on small components in model building, the satin brushes are suitable. This honing device is an ideal tool for model makers for honing bores. With the honing device you can significantly improve the surface quality of cylinder bores, for example. These mini boring bars are ideal for internal turning. These internal turning tools are made entirely of carbide and have a cutting geometry that allows them to be plunged into the material without pre-drilling. This is high-quality industrial quality. The mini drilling rods are used. They were used on a CNC machine and will be replaced after a certain period of time. Only minor signs of wear can be seen. They are still very sharp and the remaining sharpness is completely sufficient for working on brass, aluminum or steel. In addition, the cutting edge can be re-sharpened relatively easily. This mechanical edge tester is a simple but effective tool for the "ancratch" on the milling machine. If you are looking for the zero point on a workpiece, clamp the edge probe into the drill chuck or the chuck of the milling cutter. Then turn on the router. The speed is not important for this type of corner switch, you can always stay at the speed that is currently set. This Abrasive Nylon Cup Brush 130mm is perfect for deburring, smoothing, edging and fine sanding of small to large parts. The Cup Brush consists of a blue plate in which nylon threads are passed through the silicon carbide. The brush has an M14 connection thread and therefore fits all common angle grinders. With the 90 ° deburring head made of HSS steel, you can also deburr very small holes cleanly and quickly. The deburring head is clamped in a handgripper handle (not included in the scope of delivery) and can then be rotated by hand. With this high-quality self-piercing center punch from Rennsteig, very small components can be easily arranged. When you apply pressure to the center punch by hand, an internal spring tensioned and exerts the force abruptly. This means that you do not need a hammer when you start the process.
