A water level indicator is used to read the water level in the steam boiler. Our water level indicators consist of 2 angle pieces that are connected by a glass tube. Since it is dangerous for the boiler to run dry, it is always recommended to install a water level indicator. At Bengs Modellbau you have the choice between a light and a heavy version. Depending on how big your steam boiler is, you can choose the right variant. The water level indicator is made of brass, hard soldered and sandblasted. For assembly, a shaft can be pushed by unscrewing the sealing plugs. This is used for precise alignment of the screw-in bodies. If the glass breaks, the tube can be changed in no time. This safety valve is made of brass. It is significantly smaller than the weight safety valve. This makes it suitable for smaller boilers or steam systems. The safety valve is loaded with a stainless ball and spring. The screw-in thread of the pressure relief valve is M6x0.75. Our soldering sockets are best suited, which are soldered into the boiler in order to subsequently screw in the safety valve. Under no circumstances should a steam boiler be operated without a safety valve. The safety valve prevents the maximum pressure from being exceeded. This pressure gauge with siphon in horizontal design has M6x0.75 thread for screwing into the boiler. The pressure gauge has an M5 thread for screwing into the siphon. The pressure gauge display ranges from 0 to 6 bar. The radius of the CU pipe siphon bend is 12.5mm and is brazed. 2 copper seals are included. The pressure gauge can either be attached directly to the boiler or installed via a copper cable in the driver's cab, for example. With this pressure gauge you always know the exact pressure of your boiler. This makes your steam engine easier and safer to operate.
