Piston rings for installation in an internal combustion engine. These piston rings are industrially manufactured and fit exactly into the cylinder tubes we offer. The rings are made from GG 25. Because they have a larger diameter when dismantled, they always rest against the cylinder wall when assembled due to the spring force, thus ensuring good compression. These piston rings fit perfectly into our cylinder barrel. Dimensions of the piston rings 25mm Nominal diameter: 25 mm Height: 1.5 mm Thickness 1.05 mm Material: GG25 Dimensions of the piston rings 30mm Nominal diameter: 30 mm Height: 1.5 mm Thickness 1.5 mm Material: GG25 Dimensions of the piston rings 40mm Nominal diameter: 40 mm Height: 2.0 mm Thickness 1.7 mm Material: GG25
This tube is a hydraulic cylinder tube. The inside of the tube is very dimensionally stable and wear-resistant. The cylinder tube is suitable as a cylinder sleeve for an internal combustion engine or flame eater. We also use this cylinder tube in our models. We use it for the combustion engine Karl, Stirling engine "Big Laura" and the Flame Eater Jarne. Due to its high wear resistance, the tube has proven itself as a cylinder sleeve for us. Dimensions of hydraulic cylinder tube 25mm: Outer diameter: 35mm Inner diameter: 25mm Length: 83mm Material: St52 Suitable Piston rings for this cylinder tube can be found here Dimensions of hydraulic cylinder tube 30mm: Outer diameter: 40mm Inner diameter: 30mm Length: 86mm Material: St52 Dimensions of hydraulic cylinder tube 40mm: Outer diameter: 50mm Inner diameter: 40mm Length: 117mm Material: St52 Dimensions of hydraulic cylinder tube 50mm: Outer diameter: 60mm Inner diameter: 50mm Length: 142mm Material: St52
Cast iron with lamellar graphite. The surface is peeled on the gray cast iron bars. The round bars are a little over-sized. You can also make a 30mm piston with a 30mm diameter. The material is suitable both for the production of pistons or cylindrical sleeves for model-built motors as well as for the production of plain bearing bushes. We use this material for the pistons at the station "Karl". The round material can be perfectly machined on the lathe and on the milling machine and has excellent running characteristics. All round bars are 300mm long.
These relatively small spark plugs are particularly suitable for model combustion engines. Its metric M10 × 1 thread also fits into smaller cylinder heads. The spark plugs fit into our internal combustion engine and can be used as a spare part. Of course, you can also use the spark plug CM-6 for your own development with our ignition components. Data of spark plug CM-6 M10x1 Key range: 14.0 mm Overall length: 36mm External thread: M10x1 Thread length: 8.6 mm
These NiMH batteries can be charged with almost any charger for NiMH batteries. Depending on charging and usage behavior, these can be recharged up to 1,000 times. These batteries are specifically for devices with above-average power consumption. We use these batteries to operate the glow ignition for our internal combustion engines. With 3500 mA, this battery has enough power to keep the glow plug operating for a long time. We use this battery to operate the glow ignition for our combustion engine Little Karl.Rated voltage: 1.2 V Rated capacity: 3500 mAh Charging current max.: 1750 mA
Glow plug for operating model combustion engines. The glow plug has a thread of UNEF ¼ × 32, it is very small compared to our spark plug and is therefore particularly suitable for small-scale model engines. This glow plug is used in our stationary engine “Little Karl”. The use of glow plugs in technical model making has several advantages. One advantage over the spark plug is that you only need one battery to operate the glow plug. In addition, the ignition timing does not need to be adjusted. The mixture ignites automatically when the compression reaches its highest point. If you build an internal combustion engine yourself, you will need a UNEF ¼ × 32 tap for the glow to be able to screw in the candle. Characteristics and dimensions of the glow plug Thread: UNEF 1/4 x 32 Total length: 17.3mm Thread length: 5mm Wrench size: 8mm
The Ignition condenser for intermittent ignition is a component which should not be missing. The condenser regulates the strength of the ignition spark. This ignition coil is also installed in the internal combustion engine Karl and can be used as a spare part. You can use this capacitor to create an ignition breaker for model building. This is a solid moped technology that has proven itself over many years. An intermittent ignition is very durable and also times a wrong polung. Dimensions Capacitor for Ignition condenser Length: 41mm Diameter: 18mm Threaded connection: M4
Use this Ignition interrupter to generate the spark. You can control the breaker directly via a cam or via a ram. This article is a serial product from the moped technology. This guarantees a good quality, long durability and fast availability. You can create your own ignition system from this interrupter. We also use this breaker in the ignition of our internal combustion engine "Karl". It can also be used as a spare part in this model. Dimensions of the Ignition interrupter Length: 30mm Width: 30mm Height: 20mm
This ignition coil is suitable for installation in an intermittent ignition. This ignition coil is also installed in the internal combustion engine Karl and can be used as a spare part. In the normal case, this coil is used for ignition in mopeds. However, due to its reliability and performance, it is very well suited for model construction. An intermittent ignition usually works very reliably and can be more easily checked for faults than an electric ignition. Dimensions of ignition coil 12V intermittent ignition Length: 123mm Diameter rear: 40 mm Largest diameter collar: 48 mm Connection thread: 2x M4
Freewheel bearing / needle bearing HF1012 with an inner diameter of 10 mm, an outer diameter of 14 mm and a bearing height of 12 mm. A freewheel bearing only transmits the force in one direction of rotation, in the other direction of rotation, the bearing runs freely and it there is no power transmission. We use these freewheel bearings to start our combustion engines. You build a holder for the cordless screwdriver and press the freewheel into the holder (note the direction of rotation). With the device you can bring the combustion engine to the speed of the cordless screwdriver when the engine starts and the As the speed increases, the freewheel slips over and the cordless screwdriver is protected. The freewheel bearing has the following dimensions inner diameter 10 mm outer diameter 14 mm Width 12 mm Weight 0.004 kg Outer ring with knurling in the outer ring
Here you will find a toggle switch with which you can start and stop the ignition of your model motor. The toggle switch is designed both mechanically and electrically robust. We also use this toggle switch for the inflammation of our internal combustion engines. Thanks to the classic design, the toggle switch fits well with the most varied model-motor. Switching capacity 10 A / 250 V ~ 1-pole Execution ON / OFF Operating temperature -25 ... + 85 ° C Switching cycles> 10,000 Mounting Ø 12 mm screw Overall dimensions without shield (LxWxH): 29x16x53 mm

We use these rocker arms in our four-cylinder combustion engine Marc. The rocker arms can of course also be used for other model building projects. You receive the rocker arm as a cast blank. The cast steel can be easily drilled, turned and milled. The rocker arms are manufactured using the lost wax casting process. This casting process guarantees very high quality and dimensional accuracy. Voids are excluded with the lost wax casting process. The sprues are already sanded. The rocker arms are cleaned and sandblasted. Dimensions of the rocker arms Total length: 39 mmWidth 13 mm Height overall: 13 mm Diameter of collar: 10mm Diameter of bumper mount: 11mm
