These copper fittings are for soldering steam lines and water pipes and can be brazed with silver solder as well as soft soldered with soft solder. If you want to make steam pipes as straight as possible with the fittings, we recommend the copper pipes which are available from us. In addition, the fitting 90° are still suitable for exhaust, cooling lines and other constructions in model construction. The 90° bends are formed in one piece from copper tube. The copper fittings are available in different sizes. In the fittings, both the copper tube we supply and the copper tubes can be brazed. Pipe clamp CNC milled from brass. These pipe clamps are used to fix brass pipes or copper pipes on their model building facility. The pipe clamps have a 2.2 mm holes and can either use wood screws or with m2 model bolt to be attached. We have the clamps in both a single version for attaching one pipe and a double version for attaching 2 pipes. The pipe clamps are milled out of brass material with a CNC milling machine and then receive a second one from us .2 mm hole for fastening. Connecting sleeves for soldering into the steam boiler with two different fine threads. The soldering connection sleeves are inserted into a hole with a 10 mm diameter and can then be soldered hard or soft. The beeches are made of brass MS58. These Cu braze fittings are suitable for connecting two pipes. The copper tube is inserted into the socket. Subsequently, the copper sleeves can be brazed or soft soldered. As in sanitary engineering, the sleeves are made of copper tubing. The small sleeves are ideal for model building, for example to extend steam lines or fuel lines. With this screw-in connection you can easily create an easily detachable connection between steam pipes and water pipes. One side of this screw connection has a metric fine thread that you can screw into a boiler, steam engine or condenser. The other side of the screw-in connection is provided with a union nut and a cone solder nipple. With a copper solder fitting T-piece one can connect three line strings or also lead a line to an existing line strand. These Cu solder fittings are suitable for inserting copper pipe. Piston rings for installation in an internal combustion engine. These piston rings are industrially manufactured and fit exactly into the cylinder tubes we offer. The rings are made from GG 25. Because they have a larger diameter when dismantled, they always rest against the cylinder wall when assembled due to the spring force, thus ensuring good compression. Soldering flange oval made of brass for soldering 4mm pipe. The flange has 2 holes with a diameter of 2.2 mm. For screwing 2 flanges, you need 2x model screws M2x6 and 2x model tree nuts M2. This tube is a hydraulic cylinder tube. The inside of the tube is very dimensionally stable and wear-resistant. The cylinder tube is suitable as a cylinder sleeve for an internal combustion engine or flame eater. We also use this cylinder tube in our models. Oil cup made of brass with M3 or M4 connection thread. For screwing into steam engines, flame eaters and Stirling engines. The oil cups are ideal for technical modeling. The oil quantity is not adjustable on these oilers. The through hole is 1.2 mm in diameter. The speed of the flow depends on the viscosity of the oil. These glass oilers for model making are made from brass. The sight glass is made of impact-resistant acrylic glass. Both sizes have a connection thread with an M3 meter standard thread. The glass oilers have a fixed flow rate. The flow hole is 1.0mm. The oilers are designed as cup oilers and do not have a top lid. The real glass oilers can be installed on cylinders of flame eaters and Assemble Stirling engines. Cast iron with lamellar graphite. The surface is peeled on the gray cast iron bars. The round bars are a little over-sized. You can also make a 30mm piston with a 30mm diameter. The material is suitable both for the production of pistons or cylindrical sleeves for model-built motors as well as for the production of plain bearing bushes. We use this material for the pistons at the station "Karl". The round material can be perfectly machined on the lathe and on the milling machine and has excellent running characteristics. These relatively small spark plugs are particularly suitable for model combustion engines. Its metric M10 × 1 thread also fits into smaller cylinder heads. A water level indicator is used to read the water level in the steam boiler. Our water level indicators consist of 2 angle pieces that are connected by a glass tube. Since it is dangerous for the boiler to run dry, it is always recommended to install a water level indicator. At Bengs Modellbau you have the choice between a light and a heavy version. Depending on how big your steam boiler is, you can choose the right variant. The water level indicator is made of brass, hard soldered and sandblasted. Glow plug for operating model combustion engines. The glow plug has a thread of UNEF ¼ × 32, it is very small compared to our spark plug and is therefore particularly suitable for small-scale model engines. This glow plug is used in our stationary engine “Little Karl”. The use of glow plugs in technical model making has several advantages. One advantage over the spark plug is that you only need one battery to operate the glow plug. In addition, the ignition timing does not need to be adjusted. The mixture ignites automatically when the compression reaches its highest point. If you build an internal combustion engine yourself, you will need a UNEF ¼ × 32 tap for the glow to be able to screw in the candle. This safety valve is made of brass. It is significantly smaller than the weight safety valve. This makes it suitable for smaller boilers or steam systems. The safety valve is loaded with a stainless ball and spring. The screw-in thread of the pressure relief valve is M6x0.75. Our soldering sockets are best suited, which are soldered into the boiler in order to subsequently screw in the safety valve. Under no circumstances should a steam boiler be operated without a safety valve. The safety valve prevents the maximum pressure from being exceeded. The Ignition condenser for intermittent ignition is a component which should not be missing. The condenser regulates the strength of the ignition spark. This ignition coil is also installed in the internal combustion engine Karl and can be used as a spare part. You can use this capacitor to create an ignition breaker for model building. This is a solid moped technology that has proven itself over many years. An intermittent ignition is very durable and also times a wrong polung.
