Easy installation and precise fit The spikes for the Segway Navimow i2 Series are mounted on the inside of the wheels. 1. Remove the plastic wheel cover First remove the plastic wheel cover from the wheel. The easiest way is to carefully pry it off using a flat-head screwdriver. Underneath the cover you will find six pre-positioned holes in the plastic. These holes are not completely drilled through from the factory. 2. Remove the wheel To make drilling the holes easier and cleaner, we recommend removing the wheel first. Loosen the three Allen screws securing the wheel. Then remove the wheel from the robotic mower. 3. Drill the mounting holes Drill completely through the six existing holes. A cordless drill can be used for this purpose. A suitable drill bit is included. 4. Install the spike ring Position the spike ring on the rear / inside of the wheel. Align it with the drilled holes. Secure the spike ring using the included stainless steel screws. 5. Reinstall the wheel Reinstall the wheel on the robotic mower. Tighten the three Allen screws securely. Finally, reinstall the plastic wheel cover. The installation is now complete and the robotic mower is ready for use again.
