115 Cr V3 Silver steel round material is suitable for the production of shafts, piston rods or for the construction of crankshafts for steam engines and Stirling engines in model construction. The silver steel is hardenable and can thus also be used for heavily stressed tools, for example punch punches. We supply the 115 Cr V3 silver steel in 300mm sections. The silver bars are well suited for running in ball bearings.
