Product information "Flywheel 200mm"
This is the flywheel we use for our Jonas combustion engine. The flywheels are manufactured using the lost wax casting process. The advantage of this casting process is that the casting has a very high quality and dimensional accuracy. Voids and hard spots are excluded with the lost wax casting process. The flywheel has a raw diameter of 202mm. The sprues are already sanded. The flywheel is cleaned and sandblasted. It is suitable for use both as a flywheel on a model building machine and as a wheel tire for a cannon or carriage.
The flywheel is available in two versions. The first variant is unmachined and needs to be finished by you on your lathe. The second variant is completely finished. You can see the exact dimensions of the finished flywheel when you select the variant in the article images.

The screwdriver has an ergonomically designed multi-component handle with a smoothly rotating cap (for fixing the fingertip of the index finger for precise work). The blades are made of high quality tool steel. The surface is matt chrome-plated. The hexagonal screwdrivers have a Hex-Plus profile that prevents the screw head from deforming and transmits more torque. This also allows an angular offset between screwdriver and screw of up to 10°. This makes screwing in places that are difficult to access much easier. These screwdrivers for hexagon socket screws are particularly suitable for model making.
