Diamond step file 4mm, 4.8mm and 6.5mm

Diamate file with 3 steps in diameters 4.0/4.8/6.5 mm for filing shaped steel made of HSS or carbide. The diamond round file is perfect for sharpening all common chainsaw chains. The diamond file is also suitable for sharpening the Kaindl Woodcarver, as well as for sharpening carbide teeth thanks to the diamond coatingn.

Can also be used in a cordless screwdriver by removing the file handle.

This round diamond file has a continuous diameter of 4.8mm. With this file, the file tang is firmly connected to the handle. Of course, this diamond file also has the usual Kaindl quality. Because it has the same diameter throughout, it is more suitable for producing radius steels made of HSS.

This diamond grinding point is suitable for sharpening and grinding a wide variety of materials such as silver steel, HSS steel and solid carbide. Even tiles can be worked on with this diamond grinding pen. The diamond grinding point has the usual quality from Kaindl and is particularly stable. The grinding point has a diameter of 6.5mm and a length of 55mm. We recommend the diamond grinding point for re-sharpening the Kaindl Woodcarvers Gold. Since the Woodcarver is made of plasma nitrided, carbonized steel with a hardness of 62 Rockwell, it cannot be sharpened with conventional files or grinding points.

This diamond disc from Kaindl is titanium coated, which means the diamond grit has a longer service life and also reduces the so-called "carbon diffusion" when grinding steel.
