You can find replacement clamping rings here. Since the clamping rings cannot be used again after use, you can order replacement clamping rings for our compression ring fittings here in the shop. The clamping rings are made of brass MS 58.

Copper tube soft

The soft copper tube is suitable for all applications in steam model making and for technical model making. Compression fittings

With these compression fittings you can connect two copper pipes or brass pipes together without soldering. A compression fitting consists of a base body, two cutting rings and two union nuts. All parts of the compression fitting are made of brass. The compression fittings can be used in both pneumatics and hydraulics. These screw connections are also used to connect lubrication lines, gasoline lines, gas lines, supply steam lines or exhaust steam lines. The compression fittings are also used in trade and industry. There are even many areas of application in model making. To crimp a pipe, the union nut is first pushed over the pipe. The cutting ring is then also pushed onto the pipe. Now the pipe can be inserted into the base body and the union nut is tightened using a wrench. When the union nut is tightened, the clamping ring is compressed so tightly that it can no longer be removed from the pipe without being destroyed. Single screw connection

With this single screw connection you can easily create an easily detachable connection between steam pipes and water pipes. Ideal for steam model building.
