Dieses niedliche Schaf heißt „Rusty“. Es wird bei uns in CNC Präzisionsarbeit aus 3mm Metallblechen hergestellt. Diese Schafe aus Metall sind sehr stabil und schwer. Wenn wir die Schafe ausliefern sind sie bereits angerostet, denn der Rost (Edelrost) verleiht den Gartenskulpturen ein schönes natürliches Aussehen. Diese niedlichen Schafe passen in jeden Garten, egal ob auf dem Rasen oder im Beet. Die Schafe sind sehr stabil und robust (3mm Stahlblech). Der Edelrost ist auf natürliche Art, durch die Lagerung im Freien entstanden. Wir beschleunigen der Umwelt zur Liebe den Rostvorgang nicht mit Säuren oder Chemikalien.

Die Schafe werden komplett in Deutschland hergestellt und von uns bei Bengs Modellbau verschweißt.

Copper braze fittings

These Cu braze fittings are suitable for connecting two pipes. The copper tube is inserted into the socket. Subsequently, the copper sleeves can be brazed or soft soldered. As in sanitary engineering, the sleeves are made of copper tubing. The small sleeves are ideal for model building, for example to extend steam lines or fuel lines. Compression fittings

With these compression fittings you can connect two copper pipes or brass pipes together without soldering. A compression fitting consists of a base body, two cutting rings and two union nuts. All parts of the compression fitting are made of brass. The compression fittings can be used in both pneumatics and hydraulics. These screw connections are also used to connect lubrication lines, gasoline lines, gas lines, supply steam lines or exhaust steam lines. The compression fittings are also used in trade and industry. There are even many areas of application in model making. To crimp a pipe, the union nut is first pushed over the pipe. The cutting ring is then also pushed onto the pipe. Now the pipe can be inserted into the base body and the union nut is tightened using a wrench. When the union nut is tightened, the clamping ring is compressed so tightly that it can no longer be removed from the pipe without being destroyed.
