Kohlehalter.<\/p>\n<p>Motivation war meine Furcht vor den von Ihnen als \u201eheikel&#8220; bezeichneten Arbeitsschritten \u201eKohle aus Halter entfernen\u201c, \u201eKohle in Schraubstock einspannen\u201c und \u201eKohle durchbohren\u201c. Funkentst\u00f6rung) habe ich abgeknipst und den Rest glatt gefeilt. So sieht das Schmuckst\u00fcck aus:<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 20px 0; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-6.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"475\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5548\" style=\"width: 100%; height: auto; display: block;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-6-1024x475.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-6-1024x475.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-6-300x139.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-6-768x356.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-6-1536x712.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-6.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<p>Es besteht aus drei Teilen:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">\n<li>dem aus Messing (0.5 mm) gestanzten Grundk\u00f6rper mit L\u00f6tfahne (im Bild bereits platt gebogen, s.u.)<\/li>\n<li>darauf aufgenietet der aus federhart-gewalztem Kupferblech (0.05 mm) bestehende eigentliche Kohlenhalter<\/li>\n<li>in den die Kohle in eine selbstsichernde Klemmhalterung eingeschoben ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Urspr\u00fcnglich wies der Grundk\u00f6rper einen \u201eKnick\u201c auf, den ich mit einer Spitzzange zuerst aufgebogen, und dann in einer Zange mit parallel spannenden Backen gepl\u00e4ttet habe, siehe voriges Bild:<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 20px 0; height: auto; display: block;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-7-1024x626.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-7-1024x626.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-7-300x183.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-7-768x469.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-7-1536x938.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.bengs-modellbau.de\/magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Generator-7.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Montage habe ich die L\u00f6tfahne in einen kleinen Mechanikerschraubstock eingeklemmt und dann mit Dremel und einem kleinen Kugelfr\u00e4ser Freihand ein erster L\u00f6chlein eingefr\u00e4st, ziemlich genau an der Stelle, an der eine gr\u00f6ssere kreisrunde Vertiefung in den Grundk\u00f6rper eingepr\u00e4gt war.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 20px 0; Auch die \u201eAbnehmerbuchse (Teil14)\u201c verwende ich \u00fcbrigens mit exakt gleichen Abmessungen wie laut Ihrer Zeichnung vorgegeben. Die L\u00f6tfahnen weisen beide nach hinten und k\u00f6nnen wie geplant verwendet werden.
