All milled parts have already been processed and must be partially drilled yet. All rotating parts are yet to be filmed in its raw state and need. The construction of the fire-eater and the burner necessary materials, screws, ball bearings and spring elements are included in the kit.
The construction of the fire-eaters "Nick" is a small lathe (min. Opti D180 x 300), a small drill, and a gas burner required for soft soldering larger parts and a torch for brazing small parts. Otherwise, is still hand tools, which should be in every "steam engine workshop" (Taps M2, M3, M8x0, 75 (aka M8), cutting iron M2, M3 and M8x0, 75 (aka M8), Reamer 3H7, 6H7, files, drill bit ) needed.

Flywheels for the Flamefresser Nick
You can choose between 3 different flywheels. They have the following flywheels:
Left picture: Casting flywheel (GG20). The standard flywheel of the Flame eater is a clean sand cast.
Picture center: cast flywheel light (cast steel). A very filigree and cleanly cast flywheel, which is produced by the lost wax process. Only very little material has to be removed so that it is better suited for small turning machines.
Right picture: milled flywheel (GG25). A clean CNC milled flywheel made of cast solid material. If you have a small lathe and you are concerned about whether you get the spoked wheel is not a problem with our fully pre-twisted and milled GG25 flywheel can be tensioned inside, outside and even at the waist. The flywheel need only be sized again at the outer diameter; In addition, the drill holes are still to be drilled.
